About the Role

i3w is a 7-person AI-native team building consumer EdTech products and B2G SaaS for government education infrastructure in India. InfiNotes, our first consumer product, hit 9,800+ registered users and 615 paying customers within weeks of launch.

Vikas Sharma leads mobile. You own the web. That means the InfiNotes web experience, the Companion web client, InfiSolve, and whatever new consumer product lands next. This is a focused role — you are not expected to own backend infrastructure or ML pipelines. You own the web layer end-to-end: fast, clean, accessible, and built to convert.

We build with Claude Code as our primary development tool. AI-augmented development is the core workflow here, not a novelty. If you are comfortable moving at 5x speed with LLMs and care deeply about what ships to users, you will thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Own the web frontend for InfiNotes: subject browsing, content rendering, checkout (Razorpay), and user dashboard
  • Build the Companion web client: voice-enabled UI, real-time chat, session management
  • Implement InfiSolve's web interface: camera/image capture, solution display, Sparks integration
  • Build and maintain the Sparks token economy UI across all consumer products
  • Own web performance: Core Web Vitals, load time on mid-range Android, low-bandwidth optimization
  • Integrate with backend APIs and Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Remote Config) for real-time features
  • Coordinate with Vikas on shared design system components and mobile/web consistency
  • Pick up new consumer web projects as they come — the roadmap moves fast

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years building and shipping production web applications
  • Strong React — you write components that are readable, reusable, and don't leak state
  • Solid CSS fundamentals — you can implement a design precisely without fighting the framework
  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting) or a comparable BaaS
  • Understanding of web performance: lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, Core Web Vitals
  • Comfort with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, or similar)
  • Eye for detail — you notice when spacing is 2px off and it bothers you

Nice to Have

  • Experience building for Indian users: UPI flows, Hinglish content, Android-first performance targets
  • Familiarity with WebRTC or WebSockets for real-time UI
  • Exposure to LLM API integrations on the frontend (streaming responses, tool UIs)
  • Experience with accessibility (WCAG AA) and regional language rendering
  • Comfort using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) as part of daily workflow
  • Prior experience on a small team where you shipped without a PM holding your hand
