CAREERS AT I3W

Come build AI that reaches real students.

We ship in weeks, not quarters, and what you build is yours to own end to end.

WHY JOIN
01

Reach, fast

Ship on Monday, and real students are using it by the end of the month.

02

Single-owner tasks

You own your work end to end. Nothing gets handed off into a void.

03

AI-native by default

The newest models from day one, pointed at real users. That is the baseline here, not a perk we ration.

04

Learn at speed

You will cover more ground in a year here than most people do in three.

05

Real distribution

Infinity Learn reaches millions of students a month, so nothing you build sits in a drawer.

Built by people who have shipped at scale.

We have built learning products used across India, at Unacademy, PhysicsWallah, Shopify, Atlassian, Zupee and NID.

OPEN ROLES

  • Set up ML monitoring (drift, quality, latency, cost) and own production reliability

Required

  • 5+ years in applied ML or NLP
  • Strong Python (PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores)

What you'll do

  • Produce multimedia content end to end: short-form video, thumbnails, explainers, ad creative, voiceovers, with generative tools (image, video, TTS, music)
  • Build the pipelines behind it: stitch model APIs, batch jobs and automation so one person outputs like a team

Required

  • Strong taste: you tell good creative from generic AI slop, and fix it
  • Real coding ability (Python or JS): scripts, API integrations, automation
  • Fluent with generative AI across modalities (image, video, audio, text) and their APIs
  • Build and chain pipelines: ffmpeg, model APIs, batch processing, webhooks
  • Self-directed generalist: "50 videos by Friday" → you figure out the how

Nice to have

  • Runway, Sora/Veo, ElevenLabs, Midjourney/Flux, ComfyUI
  • Motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci)
  • LLM orchestration and agentic workflows (n8n, custom agents, Claude Code)
  • Indian creator context: Hinglish scripting, short-form trends
  • Growth / performance-marketing creative experience

What you'll do

  • Build backend services for the government platforms: REST APIs, data ingestion, reporting for child-nutrition and early-childhood programs
  • Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas: queries that perform at scale, not just work
  • Ship web features in React across dashboards and field-worker tooling
  • Support the real-time layer: WebSocket session handling, AI service integration
  • Set up monitoring and alerting: you own what you ship
  • Build the consumer apps too: content delivery, Razorpay webhooks, subscription state

Required

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack experience
  • Strong Node.js backend in production
  • Strong React: clean, reusable components
  • PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimisation, indexing, transactions
  • GCP or comparable cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub)
  • Data-heavy systems with reliability and correctness at stake

Nice to have

  • Government, public-sector or large-scale data platform experience
  • WebSockets / WebRTC for real-time services
  • LLM API integrations (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI)
  • Indian payment flows: Razorpay, UPI, subscriptions, GST
  • AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) in daily workflow

What you'll do

  • Build the web for the government platforms: dashboards, field-worker data entry, reporting
  • Own web performance for the field: fast load on low-end Android, low-bandwidth, offline-tolerant
  • Build accessible, regional-language UIs frontline workers can actually use
  • Build the consumer-app web: content rendering, Razorpay checkout, the voice tutor's client (real-time chat, sessions)
  • Integrate backend APIs and Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Remote Config)

Required

  • 2+ years shipping production web applications
  • Strong React: readable, reusable components with clean state
  • Solid CSS fundamentals: implement a design precisely
  • Accessibility (WCAG AA) and regional-language rendering
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting) or comparable BaaS
  • Eye for detail: 2px off bothers you

Nice to have

  • Government / frontline-worker tooling experience
  • Indian context: UPI flows, Hinglish content, Android-first performance
  • WebRTC or WebSockets for real-time UI
  • LLM API integrations on the frontend (streaming, tool UIs)
  • AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)

What you'll do

  • Build browser-based games in JavaScript with Phaser
  • Implement scenes, character movement, collision, audio, animation and progression loops
  • Integrate AI-generated assets (images, audio, curriculum data) via backend APIs
  • Optimise for low-end Android: small bundles, offline-capable assets, 30fps on constrained hardware
  • Add regional-language support in game UI (Hindi, Odia, regional scripts)

Required

  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals: clean, performant JS
  • Hands-on with Phaser or similar 2D frameworks (Pixi.js, Kaboom.js): you've shipped something
  • Game composition sense: scenes, states, loops, feedback, feel
  • AI-native workflow for code, assets and iteration
  • Genuine love for games: you play them and have opinions

Nice to have

  • Early-childhood (three to six) or non-tech-native audience experience
  • Asset pipelines: sprite sheets, texture atlases, audio compression for web
  • Web animation (GSAP, CSS, canvas) beyond game engines
  • Government, civic-tech or public-sector project experience

  • Create graphics: characters, illustrations and UI across games, learning apps and tools, plus brand collateral and decks
  • Own logo and brand work: applications and identity consistency across everything I3W ships
  • Bring graphics to motion: sprite sheets, character cycles, UI motion, feedback animations (Lottie / frame-based)
  • Produce motion-graphic videos: explainers, promos and social content
  • Generate and refine assets in an AI-native pipeline: prompt, iterate, then polish by hand
  • Pick up varied tasks as priorities shift: no two weeks look the same

Required

  • Strong visual fundamentals: colour, composition, typography, character appeal
  • Core design tools (Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator): you've made things, not just coursework
  • Animation basics: timing, easing, anticipation (After Effects, Lottie, frame)
