We're a handful of people who have built learning products at national scale, at Unacademy, PhysicsWallah, Shopify, Atlassian, Zupee and NID.
We stay lean on purpose. Work here is single owner, end to end: whoever designs a thing ships it and then watches the numbers. We build on the frontier, listen to students every day, and hold every feature to the question we ask everywhere: did a real student get a real win today?

Akash Tyagi
Sets product direction across I3W. An IISc-trained engineer, a founding director at Unacademy and an SVP Product at PhysicsWallah, with a track record of building learning products at national scale.
Bharat Agarwal
Owns the AI layer: the model stack, Infi's persona, and the safety guardrails that keep it right for students. An engineer at Shopify and Atlassian before this.

Achal Tiwari
Drives the Companion launch and InfiNotes growth, from spec to ship to the numbers that follow. Works in the gap between what students need and what we actually build.
Pravar Oza
Shapes how Infi looks, moves and feels, from the first screen to the smallest line of microcopy. Trained at NID.
Manas Singh
Builds the infrastructure, payments and real-time voice pipeline that make Infi work at scale. Previously at Zupee.
Vikas Sharma
Owns the React Native app and the voice UI, the chat and voice experience students actually hold in their hands.
Bhavya Madaan
Owns content, social and marketing: how Infi sounds to students online, from the brand voice to the campaigns that bring them in.
Rishabh Dhiman
Owns quality and AI evaluation: the assumption tests and safety checks that decide whether a feature is ready for students.
